The following agreement must be signed by all exhibitors and must accompany the exhibitor registration form in order to secure sponsorship and/or exhibit packages. Cancellation Due to the limited availability, packages will be guaranteed and booth location will be assigned only after full payments have been received. Any cancellation received within four month of the conference start date will result in forfeiture all fees paid. The Hotel Hold Harmless Clause Exhibitors at PSQT conferences accepts the following hotel hold harmless clause: Exhibitors assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save Software Dimensions consulting and Training and the Renaissance Austin Hotel (the "Hotel"), the Hotels owners, operators, managers or lessees together with its and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, servants and agents (collectively "Hotel" operators") harmless against all claims, losses, or damages, to property or persons, including death, governmental charges, or fine and attorneys fees, arising out of or caused by exhibitors installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of any part of the hotels exhibition premises unless any such liability was caused solely by the negligence of the Hotel or the Hotel operator.
