Exhibitor Packages

Premium and Ultimate packages can be purchased separately or in conjunction with any of the three Exhibitor packages. All exhibitors who purchase any of the premium or ultimate packages will have their logo prominently displayed on the front cover of the conference brochure that is mailed to more than 35,000 prospective clients.

The Exhibitors Reception

A vendor/attendee reception will be held in the evening of the first conference day with snacks and cash bar. There will be drawings for vendor donated prizes. Vendor donations can range from free sweatshirts, books, office supplies, services, airline tickets, etc. Any gift donation valued at more than $200 will be included in a drawing during the conference closing session.

As an exhibitor who purchases exhibitor package #1, you will receive:

• Opportunity to give a 20-minute marketing presentation about your company’s products and services. Presentations will be scheduled and advertised in the conference schedule, and announced in the general session. The presentation will not compete with any conference sessions.
• A conference attendees list that includes mailing addresses for unlimited post-conference contact.
